The case packing robot series includes collaborative palletizing workstations and intelligent case packing systems, featuring six-axis collaborative robotic arms with intelligent end-effectors. Load capacity ranges from 30kg to 60kg, with maximum reach of 1700-1900mm and maximum palletizing height of 2100-2600mm. Equipped with TCP/IP communication protocol, IP54 protection rating, 3.5-5KW power, and single-phase 220V/50HZ power supply. The system supports storage of over 1000 recipes with Chinese/English naming and recipe search functions, featuring advanced capabilities such as intelligent automatic sampling parameter setting, real-time speed adjustment, and AR virtual programming. The equipment adopts groove cam structures (20CrMinTi material, hardness HRC55-60) and integrated lubrication systems to ensure high hardness, high precision, and high stability operation. Suitable for automatic palletizing and case packing of cartons and bagged products in food, pharmaceutical, and daily chemical industries. Can be integrated with packaging machines, case sealers, and conveyor lines to form fully automatic packaging and palletizing production lines, achieving unmanned intelligent production.
